£600 payable upfront, this includes professional photography and floorplan - vendor carries out all the viewings.

£850 payable up front. this includes professional photography and floorplan - we will carry out the viewings.

£1000 payable on completion of the sale, there is a £100 upfront fee for professional photography and floorplan - vendor carries out the viewings.

£1250 payable on completion of the sale, there is a £100 upfront fee for professional photography and floorplan - we will carry out the viewings.
